The Young Women Personal Progress Tracker is a great way to help young women actually see their progress and is an excellent motivator.  President Thomas S. Monson once said, “When performance is measured, performance improves.  When performance is measured and reported, the rate of improvement accelerates.”  Along with a personal progress book the personal progress tracking sheet included on the Personal Progress Tracker is a great way for a young woman to track her progress. This beautiful visual reminder of progress hangs on the wall where the young woman and her parents can see it, allowing her to easily daily report to herself and encourage continued progress.

One of many exciting personal progress ideas, the Personal Progress Tracker is customized with the name and photograph of the young woman.  The Book of Mormon Reading Chart is easy to mark as the young woman reads each chapter of the Book of Mormon for her Virtue value project.  The Value Experience Chart allows the young woman to write the number of each experience that she has completed in the boxes next to the value.  The Personal Progress Value Project Completion Chart provides the young woman with colored stickers to place in the corresponding circle for each value as she completes all of the requirements for that value.  The clear pocket that contains the Young Women’s Theme can be used to place pictures of the current value experiences or projects.  A Testimony card is provided to place in this pocket after the young woman records her testimony after completing all the other requirements.

When the Personal Progress Tracker is completed, it makes a great memento for the young woman to display for years to come.

Mat Colors

The Personal Progress Tracker gives you a great selection of mat colors to choose from.  We use BD Decorative Matboards.  These quality matboards are made of wood pulp fibers.  Surface, core and backing paper are buffered with calcium carbonate.

Each mat is laser-cut to our specifications by Country Lazer out of Beaver Dam, Utah.  The mats are then glued together and each of the items hand placed and attached. The mats are then placed in a 16″ X 20″ black wood frame, and are ready to ship to you.  The photograph can be sent to us in advance, so that we can mount it, or if you prefer, you can easily mount the photo by bending the tabs on the backing cardboard, lifting it out, placing the photo behind the opening, and carefully taping it in place.  The cardboard backing can then be replaced, the tabs bent back, and you are ready to hang your Mission Tracker in its place of honor.

It can sometimes be difficult to choose just the right color combination for your room.  When in doubt, the Black / Khaki combination is easily the favorite as it matches any decor.
